On the go, non-stop, (literally!) for more many years, our aerobics class led by Lorna Cunningham is ideal for beginners and experienced exercisers alike!
Every session finishes with "cool down" – a chance to let weary bones and tired muscle recover to some soothing music. In short, there's something for everyone! Held in our spacious Sports Hall at NMBC on Monday nights from 8pm, why not come along and try for yourself – everyone's welcome!
